You must request a payout through live support with your account number, first and last name, email address, and payment method. (Rise OR Crypto if below $500)
- LEVEL 1: Your account may only be scaled after you have received 2 payouts as well as your refund. After that, Traders must maintain a minimum profitability of 8% for an entire month (30 trading days) to receive their LEVEL 1 SCALING BENEFITS.
- LEVEL 2: Traders must maintain a minimum profitability of 8% for the next 30 trading days after their account has received the LEVEL 1 benefits. (FOR EXAMPLE, IF IT TAKES PTF STAFF 3 TRADING DAYS TO GRANT OUR PROFITABLE TRADER WITH THEIR LEVEL 1 BENEFITS, THOSE 3 DAYS WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS AGAINST THEM FOR THE NEXT LEVEL. THEIR 1ST TRADING DAY THAT IS COUNTED WILL BE THE FIRST DAY AFTER THEY RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF THE PREVIOUS LEVEL.)
- LEVEL 3: Traders must maintain a minimum profitability of 8% for the following 30 trading days after level 2 benefits have been granted.
- PINNACLE TRADER: In order to reach the PINNACLE TRADER level, a trader must achieve a minimum profitability of 10% for 20 trading days after level 3 benefits have been granted. (TO MAINTAIN THEIR PINNACLE TRADER LEVEL THEY MUST CONTINUE TO GAIN 10% MINIMUM FOR 20 TRADING DAYS AFTER THAT AND SO ON.)
SCALING PLAN LEVEL BENEFITS: - ACHIEVING LEVEL 1: 10% ACCOUNT INCREASE (EX: 200K ACC WILL TURN INTO A 220K ACC)
- ACHIEVING LEVEL 2: 10% ACCOUNT INCREASE (EX: 220K ACC WILL TURN INTO A 242K ACC)
- ACHIEVING LEVEL 3: 10% ACCOUNT INCREASE (EX: 242K ACC WILL TURN INTO A $266,200 ACC)
- PINNACLE TRADER: 200K ACC TURNS INTO A 300K ACC WITH THE BENEFIT OF ALSO RECEIVING A 90% PROFIT SPLIT.
SCALING PLAN RULES: - A trader will only risk regressing a level once the trader achieves level 1 on their scaling plan. Once they have done so, if they fail to meet the minimum requirements for the next 30 trading days, they will regress one entire level on their plan.
- Max and Daily Max loss rules still apply. Depending on whether the trader purchased a 1 step or 2 step phase challenge, the percentages will differ.
There is no profit target, you may trade news, your daily loss is 5% and max loss is 10%. You may request a payout after 5 business days.
Yes, EA’s are allowed but taking advantage of metaquotes inefficiencies is not.
The Maximum Daily Loss refers to the maximum allowable loss permitted each day. This rule is determined by taking the higher value between equity and balance and expressing it as a percentage of the starting equity or
balance for that day. The objective is to ensure that the equity, calculated as the sum of the current floating Profit and Loss (PnL) along with all closed positions, does not surpass the Maximum Daily Loss Limit. This limit resets
daily at 00:00 CE(S)T/server time.
For instance, if at the outset of day 6, the account balance is $105,000 and the equity is $107,000, the Daily Loss Limit is set at 5% of the equity due to its higher value:
Daily loss = $107,000 * 5% = $5,350 Daily Loss Limit.
This implies that the equity must not fall below $101,650 on day 6:
$107,000 – $5,350 Daily Loss Limit = $101,650.
Should the equity dip below $101,650 at any point during day 6, the account
will be closed.
Furthermore, another example would be if the balance exceeds the equity at
the beginning of the day.
At the commencement of day 9, your account balance stands at $100,000,
whereas your equity is $99,000. As the balance holds the higher value, the
Daily Loss Limit is calculated as 5% of the balance:
Daily loss = $100,000 * 5% = $5,000 Daily Loss Limit.
Consequently, your equity must not drop below $95,000 on day 7:
$100,000 – $5,000 Daily Loss Limit = $95,000.
If, at any given moment during day 9, your equity falls below $95,000, your account will be closed.
The maximum loss limit is the amount your equity or balance cannot go below at any given time. This rule is set to 10% for 2-step accounts and 8% for 1-step accounts. For example, if your account balance is $200,000 and the maximum loss is 10%, your equity or balance cannot go below $180,000 at any given moment.
We will offer raw spreads on our accounts. There will be a $6.00 per standard lot commission for forex, commodities, and crypto. NO commissions on indices.
If you breach a trading objective, all of your open trades (if any) will be closed, all of your limit orders will be canceled and your account will be switched to view-only mode. We will reach out via email if we detect a breach of our trading rule objectives.
Since we put no time limit on our challenges we decided that we will not be offering free second chances. Do not rush your trades or the process it takes in becoming profitable with us. Take all the time you need.
Yes, you are allowed to but keep in mind that the maximum amount of funding we provide is a max of 400k. The total amount of funded capital cannot exceed 400k. You have to pass each account individually as well and you cannot copy trades both from EA or manual from a Pinnacle Funded account to an evaluation account. You also cannot copy the same trades from one evaluation account to another account to pass them at the same time.
Yes you can, it is totally up to you to do so. It’s all personal preference. If you wish to do so, you must send support@pinnacletraderfx.com to do so.

The evaluation period for your challenge will start as soon as you place your first simulated trade. This also includes any simulated pending orders even if they have not been executed.
We congratulate you on completing the Pinnacle Trader simulated challenge! After passing our 1-step challenge account or our 2-step challenge account, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that you have passed!
- Identity Verification: After passing the challenge, you will need to contact our support email support@pinnacletraderfx.com with a valid ID and proof of Address. We will verify your identity within 48 Hours of submitting your documents.
- After approval of your identity verification, we will send you your new account credentials and your funded account will be enabled to trade within 24 Hours. (excluding weekends)
Yes, but you are not allowed to open a new position two minutes before and two minutes after.
After a successful payment, you will receive your account within 15 minutes. Please give up to an hour on crypto payments.

No. If you change your MT5 password, you will automatically breach your account.
No Hedging allowed, accounts will be automatically closed if hedging is suspected or attempted.

It is only permitted to use a trade copier in the funded stage of an account, this only applies if you do not have your accounts merged. Each account must be passed individually and you cannot copy trades both from an EA or manually from a Pinnacle Funded account to an Evaluation account. You also cannot copy the same trades from one evaluation account to another to pass them at the same time.
Yes, Trade how you want, although taking advantage of meta trader inefficiencies is not allowed at all and will result in account closure immediately.

- Can I trade news on a funded account? You may not trade news two minutes before and two minutes after. This will result in an immediate loss of your account.
